My wife and I were privileged to have obtained the services of  Dan Waldmann. We have been shown properties by other realtors and did not feel like we were a priority until we met Dan. Dan was very patient with us and showed us at least 40 properties. He never dismissed any of our concerns and encouraged us to keep on looking until we found the perfect home. Simply put, dealing with Dan was like dealing with my favorite uncle who is always looking out for our best interests. With our hectic schedules, we were unable to get certain things done in time. Dan volunteered to run those simple errands for us and made the whole home buying process easier and more pleasant for us.
