WELCOME TO WILLOW CREEK
Willow Creek is a great community comprised of nearly 1900 homes in the square mile bordered by Yosemite, Dry Creek, County Line, and Quebec. The homes cover the gamut from over 5,000 finished square feet to patio homes and townhomes.
There are miles of greenbelts, Willow Creek Park, the Willow Creek Trail and bike path, Willow Creek itself, and the perennial Blue Ribbon Award winning Willow Creek Elementary rated as one of the top schools in the state. Students from Willow Creek continue to the other award winning Cherry Creek Schools: West or Campus Middle Schools and Cherry Creek High.
There are 4 swimming pools, 4 clubhouses, and 5 sets of tennis courts. These host active swim teams, tennis teams and a variety of activities including Women’s Club, Baby sitting co ops, scouts, baseball, soccer, football, etc. Some of the highlights of the year are the July 4th celebration, Home Tour, Garden Tour, and community garage sale.
Willow Creek is comprised of 3 HOA Communities, Willow I, II, and III, built by Writer Corporation and the non HOA area of Willow West built by MJ Brock. The communities were built primarily between 1978 and 1983.
It is an easy walk to shopping located on the 4 corners of the community and light rail stops are located along I 25 at both Dry Creek and County Line.
Willow Creek is located in the City of Centennial, Arapahoe County, CO. It is part of the South Metro Fire District and South Suburban Parks and Recreation.
